ROAD ENDS IN WATER

While living in Kentucky, I began riding my motorcycle on roads named “Old (insert place/town name) Road.” These were roads that had been replaced with newer, straighter, likely safer highways over the decades.

The “title” offered itself when I was checking out road on the computer map.
The satellite image showed the pavement clearly beneath the waters of a reservoir.
When I got there, there was the sign: “Road Ends In Water”. Wonderful to have a book title ready to go.
